This Terms of Use policy sets out to describe how Westlinks Online, LLC governs the use of its website.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Westlinks Online, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any Materials you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Site, (ii) your use of the Site, or (iii) your breach of the terms of this Agreement.
